M/s Hari Om Construction, an associate firm of the Pattathu group, is developing PEARL HERITAGE, a residential real estate project located in Vile Parle (East) on Sahakar Road. The Project is divided into 2 wings: Rehab – A Wing and Sale – B Wing. The Rehab – A wing has been completed and handed over to the existing slum dwellers (Occupancy Certificate obtained). The construction for the Sale – B wing building is completed and finishing is in progress.  All other approvals are in place. The Sale building comprising of G+7 floors is expected to be completed in December 2022.
